Meet Armando, one of our premier HVAC instructors! After diving into the HVAC world in 2016 post-trade school, he's become a master of building automation, focusing on the nifty low-voltage systems. With 8 solid years in the field, 5 certificates to his name, and experience running his own HVAC business, Armando knows his stuff inside and out. He's been with us at Capstone for a year and absolutely loves it. Armando makes learning HVAC a blast and is a fantastic part of our team.
Meet Mike, our seasoned HVAC expert with over 50 years in the biz! He's a wizard with chillers, controls, and variable speed drives. After 18 years of running his own commercial HVAC company, he sold it to focus on his true passion: teaching.
Mike believes in customizing his teaching style for each student's unique way of learning, and lives for the 'A-ha' moment when everything clicks. With his deep industry knowledge and a knack for making complex concepts simple, Mike's an invaluable part of our team, inspiring students daily.
